Crest White Strips!

I have wanted to whiten my teeth for a while now but I haven’t wanted to spend the money. Yesterday I mentioned to my roommate that I wanted to whiten my teeth and she gave me her old box of Crest White Strips! Today (right at this very moment) is my first time using them. The box still has over half of the strips in it… but unfortunately no directions! When I opened the individually wrapped strip package, it was not what I was expecting. I don’t know how I got it on my teeth or how to now make them stay put. I got the gel all over my hands and I have a suspicion that the plastic on my teeth is being held in place by saliva and a stern look from me rather than gel. Still, I’m excited to see how this goes! A whiter smile in 21 days, the box says. I think I have enough strips for about 2 weeks. I tried to get a picture of my teeth for a before picture, but holding my heavy dslr with gel-fingers over a sink wasn’t a good combination. So here is a picture of me brushing my teeth:
